Gut renovation of a one-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft apartment in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
Taking full advantage of the loft’s vast ceiling height and ample natural light a new mezzanine area with a glazed wall was installed, adding ample space to the formerly crowded apartment. Minor changes to the setup of the existing rooms created the sense of a larger space and improved the apartment’s flow drastically.
